When the AGT Institute was founded in 2005, it offered a small number of courses like Civil Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Welding & Fabrication, HVAC & RAC, IT, Mobile Phone Technology, Safety & Security, etc. It soon became the largest and most respected technical and vocational training institute in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Greater Punjab, and KPK.  It grew exponentially in size and repute. 

At the time, over 300 overseas recruitment agencies were sub-contracting our services as a training and trade testing center for their recruitment activities.  Many of the overseas clients of these local agencies recognized our potential and expressed their desire to work directly with us.  

Our director, Malik Faisal Arfat, finally decided to make it happen and after eight years of working as a subcontractor to other manpower recruitment agencies, we finally got our license for overseas manpower recruitment services and established AGT Services International.  We now provide end-to-end solutions to all your recruitment needs, without the involvement of any third parties.

How We Work Together

There are various ways in which our clients can choose to work with us.  This essentially means that our client can decide in what way they’d like to use our services in relation to their recruitment goals.  Given below are the three methods most popular in our industry, but we’re always open to suggestions if the client has other ideas.

Upon receiving our client’s demand letter, we proceed to advertise and then compile all the incoming applications. These applicants are then pre-assessed and a list of the ones who qualify is forwarded to the client to study and approve. The client then arrives in Pakistan to conduct the final interviews and trade tests in person. Once the final selections are made, the client can return while we prepare all the official documentation and make whatever arrangements necessary for departure.

It’s up to the client to have them trade tested by us. Once the selection process is complete, we proceed to prepare the required documentation and make departure arrangements.

Our client might not be able to send their own representatives to a job fair or other recruitment event for any number of reasons. In such cases, we act as a proxy for the client and perform screening and interviews in their place. The client can join us via zoom or other online meeting software. We then send the results and our recommendations to the client. When working through this option, the client gives us specific instructions to follow for every step of the process. It is our job to make sure every instruction is followed to the letter.

We have set criteria for pre-screening candidates before sending their details to you for further assessment. A candidate only makes it through to you if our staff of highly experienced industry professionals considers him or her capable of fulfilling the following requirements

Physical Ability

Does the applicant exhibit appropriate health and physical ability as per job requirement


Qualification

Is the applicant sufficiently qualified as per requirements? is the qualification recognized by the relevant authorities?

Psycological

Will the candidate be able to work in trying conditions and under pressure? is he committed ? what are his motives? will he skip? is he loyal?
